An insurance platform app that turns policy comparison and claims — normally paperwork-heavy journeys — into a few mobile screens.
The challenge
Insurance products carry dozens of variables each. Showing enough for a real decision without burying the user is a UX problem before it is an engineering one.
How I approached it
- Designed premium comparison so plans are scannable side by side, with the differences surfaced rather than the full matrix.
- Built an instant-quote flow that asks the minimum viable set of questions before showing a number.
- Modelled claim management as a tracked, staged journey so users always know what is pending on them versus the insurer.
- Integrated payments for premium collection with clear, recoverable failure states.
